PPC Manager


We are looking for a skilled, dynamic, and motivated PPC Manager to work on MaxBet paid search campaigns. As a PPC Manager, you will be responsible for researching, implementing, and optimizing our PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. The role involves reporting and daily budget control.
The PPC Manager will be able to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of team & products.
The PPC Manager should also stay up to date with the latest trends and practices in digital marketing to maximize results.

  • Developing and optimizing PPC campaigns covering search, display, YouTube, and App campaigns.  
  • Own the end-to-end management and delivery of PPC campaigns from implementation to optimization, ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality standards in accordance with targets set by management.
  • Analyses the performance of campaigns and identify strategic opportunities, facilitating optimizations to hit and exceed expectations and KPIs.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify the most effective keywords and targeting strategies for our PPC campaigns.
  • Effective day-to-day optimizations of campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, quality scores and performance tracking.
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis.
  • Work in tandem with the Digital Marketing manager and Digital director in ensuring best practice is adhered to throughout the team.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as content, commercial & design teams, to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and best practices and utilizing this knowledge to continuously improve campaigns.
  • Adopt a ‘test and learn’ approach to PPC to explore innovative ways to enhance campaign performance.
  • Create and test ad copy and landing pages to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
  • Support the director of digital marketing to identify opportunities for increase revenue proactively.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and communicate insights and recommendations to Digital marketing manager, Digital marketing director and other senior stakeholders.


Requirements


Skills and Capabilities
Essential:

  • Proven experience as a Senior PPC Specialist or PPC Manager, with a solid understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices across various platforms.
  • Current working skills in all types of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, App).
  • Excellent numeric skills and attention to detail.
  • A data driven, analytical mindset with the determination to get to the bottom of problems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other marketing team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

  • Passion for search engine marketing.
Desirable:
  • Experience in gambling or gaming.
  • Knowledge of bid management tool.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
