Digital Marketing Manager - Performance (m/f)


The performance marketing manager will have a strong background in executing digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The performance marketing manager will focus on data-driven marketing strategies to optimize marketing ROI and achieve business objectives. The role involves managing PPC, paid social, display, programmatic as well as analyzing performance metrics, and integrating digital marketing strategies to drive business growth. You should have an in-depth knowledge of paid social media, and digital display best practices and to be able to review the brand’s current strategies and make recommendations for optimizations. Strategically work with the Digital Marketing Director to execute growth strategy, increasing reach, engagement, and conversions.

Key responsibilities:

Campaign management:
• Develop, implement, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Supports effective campaign targeting and performance measurement.
• Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
• Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid media channels.
Optimization:
• Managing pre-set budgets and campaigns across digital channels to drive acquisition and strong ROI.
• Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet and exceed established critical metrics.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to adjust strategies for optimal results.
• Create engaging and innovative content tailored to specific target audiences.
• Help defining a measurement framework for upper and lower funnel targeting.
• Create & schedule monthly testing plans across channels of responsibility.
Reporting:
• Generate regular reports on KPIs to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
• Producing comprehensive cross-platform reports.
• Developing on-going and wrap-up reporting and communicating insights to improve overall performance.
Technology:
• Coordinating requirements for digital campaigns by ensuring tagging & tracking is in place.
• Working with the external teams to create, implement and test pixel/tags for conversion data capture.
• Working with external partners and technical internal teams to audit, QA and validating all pixel/tags implementations for new and existing projects ensuring the correct data points accurately captured.
• Influence and build digital and data-driven marketing capability to drive effective digital media planning, delivering growth.
Team management and collaboration:
• Management of digital marketing budget and coordination of a team of specialists.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, content, and design, to create compelling digital content that resonates with our target audience.
• Maintain and improve current relationships with third parties.
Market analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform digital marketing strategies.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.


Zahtevi

Skills and Capabilities:

Essential

• Ad trafficking and campaign management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing, audience segmentation and strategies.
• Good knowledge of buying methods; CPM, CPA, CPL, CPV.
• Experience working with digital marketing platforms.
• Highly organized and strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to organize and manage detailed work.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools
• Show Passion: Always have a positive can-do attitude; Celebrate success.

Desirable

• Relevant degree level qualification.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of digital design, ad unit formats, and creative requirements for campaigns.
• Experience with tag management platforms (GTM).
• Experience working with mobile measurement platforms (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Tune).
• Experience working with ad serving technologies.
